In the role of Transactional Banking Manager - Accountsyou will report to Yusra Nizar and join the Transaction Bankingteamthat’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, secure, and innovative Transaction Banking solutions for NAB’s business customers.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Conduct regular reviews of transactional banking facilities for suitability and transparency.
- Prepare accurate, professional presentations and confidently engage in client meetings.
- Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements leveraging technology.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure operational excellence and risk management.
- Drive portfolio growth through tailored solutions and proactive relationship management.

- A strong customer‑first mindset and passion for delivering great experiences
- Solid understanding of Account Management and onboarding requirements
- Strong understanding of sales and servicing environment within the B&PB distribution
- Confidence communicating with customers and senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transitions concurrently
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio and delivering financial solutions
