About the role:
You will work on a range of complex class actions and group litigation matters.
Your role will include:
- Drafting pleadings, evidence, correspondence and court documents.
- Working closely with counsel, experts and key stakeholders.
- Assisting with discovery, investigations and factual analysis.
- Liaising with clients and group members.
- Supporting the progression of complex matters through the litigation process.
- For the more experienced lawyer, you will be given autonomy to manage and delegate your own tasks.
The ideal candidate:
- 1-6+ years' PQE in commercial litigation or complex disputes.
- Class actions experience is highly regarded for junior candidates.
- Class actions experience is necessary for candidates 4+ PQE.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and file management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a busy team environment.
