About the role:
- Advise on all aspects of fund formation, capital raisings and investment transactions.
- Act for fund managers, institutional investors and sponsors on M&A and investments.
- Provide regulatory advice on operating investment management businesses.
- Engage in business development and client relationship initiatives.
The ideal candidate:
- 2-7 years' PQE in funds, investments or financial services law.
- Strong background in transactional and regulatory work for fund managers.
- Top-tier or leading international firm experience highly regarded.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
