About the role
You'll work closely with solicitors and assist in keeping matters moving from start to finish. Your role will include:
- Opening and managing files.
- Preparing initial correspondence and onboarding clients.
- Assisting with contracts for sale, letters, and standard property documentation.
- Liaising with agents, brokers, banks, and clients to coordinate settlements.
- Preparing and collating documents for exchange and settlement.
- General practice support such as billing support, filing, and matter administration.
The ideal candidate
- Have least 2 years' experience as a paralegal in property and commercial law matters.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines.
- A client-first approach and professional phone manner.
