About the role
You’ll be hands-on from day one, working directly with clients and Partners on a broad mix of corporate matters. You’ll be involved in:
- Public M&A (takeovers and schemes of arrangement).
- Equity capital markets (IPOs and other capital raisings).
- Private M&A.
- ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance.
- Corporate governance and advisory matters.
The ideal candidate
2+ years’ experience in a well-regarded corporate practice, with exposure to public M&A and/or equity capital markets
- Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and transaction timelines.
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
