Altius Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to assess and manage return‑to‑work programs for workers injured on the job. You will identify physical, psychological, social and environmental factors that affect a worker's successful return and propose practical strategies to address them.
In this role you will complete case management under WorkCover, deliver vocational counselling, provide holistic support through assessments and interventions, and collaborate with workers and employers.
