In the role of Executive Director, you will work closely with our Global Institutional Banking team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Leading the origination, structuring and execution of transactions across Data Centres, Digital Infrastructure and Core Plus Infrastructure, spanning acquisition finance, greenfield project finance and other structured finance opportunities.
- Working with private capital investors, private equity sponsors, institutional and multinational clients to develop tailored financing solutions.
- Taking a leading role in external discussions with customers, syndicate banks and advisers, navigating complex transactions and commercial outcomes.
- Partnering across Corporate & Institutional Banking to identify broader opportunities and deliver more holistic outcomes for clients.
- Operating as a senior individual contributor, bringing deep sector and transaction expertise while providing guidance and coaching across the broader team as required.
You’ll bring to this role:
- Extensive Project Finance or related experience, ideally gained within a Tier 1 domestic or international bank, or from a relevant infrastructure / Data Centre platform.
- Demonstrated Data Centre / Digital Infrastructure experience, coupled with strong knowledge of the broader infrastructure financing environment.
- Deep capability across credit structuring, risk assessment, financial analysis/modelling, negotiation and credit writing.
- Strong understanding of project and finance documentation, with the commercial judgement to lead complex financing discussions.
- The ability to interpret market and portfolio trends and translate complex sector insights clearly for clients and senior stakeholders.
