Each day, you'll go above and beyond to
- Provide subject matter expertise and legal advice on a range of financial markets transactional and regulatory matters.
- Negotiate and draft client transaction documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the NAB Markets business.
- Contribute to the positive team culture of the Markets Legal team.
We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- 3-4 years+ post admission experience in private, public and/or in-house legal practice and a current Australian Practising Certificate.
- Experience in a role providing legal advice to a global financial markets business with a strong regulatory focus is highly desirable.
- Strong drafting skills including exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver, clear, pragmatic advice which balances risk and customer and business outcomes.
- To be self-motivated, collaborative, and the ability juggle competing demands in a very busy and energised environment.
