As Marketing Lead for TPT Wealth, you'll play a key role in driving the next chapter of growth for one of Tasmania's most established financial services brands.

Working at the intersection of brand, customer and commercial strategy, you'll help define how TPT Wealth shows up in market, engages customers and delivers sustainable business growth as the brand expands nationally.

This is a rare opportunity for a strategic marketer who enjoys thinking beyond campaigns.

Someone who can connect customer insight, market opportunity and business priorities to influence decisions, shape direction and drive meaningful outcomes.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Customer & Marketing, you'll partner closely with senior leaders across the business to develop and execute growth marketing strategies that strengthen the TPT brand and support long-term commercial success.

You'll lead integrated go-to-market initiatives, identify new opportunities through customer and market insights, and bring together stakeholders across product, digital, customer and distribution to deliver measurable impact.

While you'll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed, this is fundamentally a strategic role.

Success will come from your ability to influence, challenge thinking, connect the dots and translate complexity into clear marketing direction.

What You'll Bring

You're an experienced marketing leader with a broad generalist background and a track record of driving growth through brand, customer and commercial marketing. You'll bring:

• Strong strategic marketing capability and commercial acumen.
• The confidence to engage with and influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Experience shaping marketing strategy and translating insight into action.
• The ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
• A collaborative approach and the credibility to lead through influence rather than authority.
• Experience in wealth, superannuation or broader financial services would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
