Responsibilities
- End-to-End System Testing: Develop and document comprehensive test plans and pass/fail criteria to ensure products meet all key customer requirements.
- Manufacturing Test Development: Conduct DFT analysis, participate in DFMEA/PFMEA activities, and develop test specifications for manufacturing testers.
- Quality Assurance: Perform audits of contract manufacturers (CMs) and conduct Cpk analysis on test results to ensure global consistency.
Qualifications
- The Technicals: A Degree in Electronics Engineering with 5+ years of experience in test plan development, manufacturing processes, and DFMEA.
- The Toolkit: Exposure to Altium for electronic design, firmware development for testing, and proficiency with RF testing or EMC compliance.
- The Human: High attention to detail and a trait of collaborative problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.
