MYOB is seeking a Principal AI Experience Designer to shape how customers see, feel, and trust AI inside our products. You will lead the AI experience strategy and align UX, UI, and service patterns across teams to create intelligent, human, cohesive experiences.
You'll partner with Design Leaders, Research, Product, and Engineering to define a vision for the AI-first experience and drive the evolution of interfaces and workflows that are useful, ethical, and aligned with MYOB's brand.
