Myndshift Group is seeking an experienced Technical Services Superintendent for an established open cut coal operation in Central West NSW. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across mine planning, surveying, coal quality, logistics, drill and blast, and geology/geotechnical.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will drive short to long term mine planning to balance production targets with resource optimisation, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance and staying hands-on.
