Looking for your next move in the Bowen Basin? We're seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join a major open-cut mining operation with a well-established and safety-driven mining contractor.

Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a national mining company with a strong presence across Australia's major resource projects. We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join the production team on a labour hire basis at a large-scale open-cut operation near Glenden, Central Queensland.
About the Role This hands-on production role will see you working across multiple pits on site, operating a range of equipment to support production targets within a high-performing mining team where safety, teamwork and reliability are key.
Equipment across site includes:
- CAT 996 Loaders
- 24M Graders

- CAT 996 Loaders
- CAT D10 & D11 Dozers
- 24M Graders
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in open-pit mining operations
- Proven operating experience across dozers, graders, loaders and excavators
- Strong safety mindset and ability to follow site procedures
- Ability to work both independently and within a production team

Onboarding Requirements:
- Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
- Valid RII competencies for relevant machinery
- National Police Check
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
