Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a national mining company with a strong presence across Australia’s major resource projects.
We are currently seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join the production team at a large-scale open-cut operation near Glenden, Central Queensland.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Dozer Push Operators to support production activities across multiple pits on site.
This is a hands-on production role within a high-performing mining team where safety, teamwork and reliability are key.
Equipment includes
- CAT D10 & D11 Dozers
- CAT 996 Loaders
- 24M Graders
- CAT 793 Haul Trucks
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced open-cut operators looking for immediate starts with a respected contractor in the Bowen Basin.
- What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in open-pit mining operations
- Proven operating experience on Haul Trucks, Dozers, Loaders and/or Graders
- Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
- Current National Police Check
- Valid RII competencies for relevant machinery
- Strong safety mindset and ability to follow site procedures
- Ability to work both independently and within a production team
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
