About the role:
- Lead, motivate, and coach the counter team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain the counter’s visual merchandising and presentation to reflect Dolce & Gabbana’s brand standards.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Share expert product knowledge across fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare.
- Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Provide ongoing training and development to team members to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with MYER management and brand representatives to achieve overall business objectives.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards at all times.
