About You
Ideally, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (where applicable).
Previous leadership or management experience within aged care.
Strong clinical governance and compliance knowledge.
Experience managing and developing clinical teams.
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Strong communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
The ability to drive quality improvement and positive clinical outcomes.
A genuine passion for leading and supporting healthcare professionals.
