Due to exciting growth across our services, My Guardian is introducing a brand-new Massage Therapist position to our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic treatments, tailor care plans to individual client needs, and work alongside a supportive team dedicated to exceptional care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments to understand their physical condition, medical history, and wellness goals.
- Provide professional massage treatments tailored to individual client care plans.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and progress notes.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients.
- Collaborate with the broader care team to ensure holistic client support.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum qualification: Certificate IV in Massage Therapy or a Diploma of Remedial Massage.
- Valid professional indemnity insurance and association membership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to client care.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
