My Guardian is a leading Aged and Disability Care provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality home care services. We are passionate about empowering our clients to live independently with dignity and respect.
As the performance marketing specialist at My Guardian, you will be the driving force behind our digital acquisition engine. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will own the end-to-end execution, optimisation, and daily health of our paid search, paid Meta and other paid campaigns. You are a hands-on technical practitioner who thrives on digging into daily account tasks, translating user behaviour into performance, and maximising return on ad spend across major search and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities & Daily Account Tasks
Your primary focus is the day-to-day management and continuous optimisation of our paid digital channels.
- Daily & Weekly Account Management
- Pacing & Budget Guardrails: Actively monitor, track, and adjust daily/weekly budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to ensure zero overspend and optimal fluid budget allocation.
- Bid Management: Execute daily bid adjustments, keyword optimisations, and target CPA/ROAS tweaks based on real-time performance data.
- Search Query Audits: Review daily search query reports to expand negative keyword lists, refine match types, and uncover new high-intent keyword opportunities.
- Creative & Ad Copy Health: Monitor ad health metrics (Quality Score, Ad Relevance, Frequency) and set up routine A/B testing variations for ad copies, headlines, and visual assets.
- Audience Refinement: Regularly update and manage custom audiences, lookalikes, and remarketing lists to minimise ad fatigue and ensure precise targeting.
- Strategy, Tracking & Reporting
- Campaign Launch: Build, structure, and deploy new campaigns from the ground up, ensuring clean naming conventions and strict tracking parameter tagging.
- Analytics & Troubleshooting: Monitor tracking daily and ensure accuracy in the data reported, Conversion tracking stability, and GA4 tracking to ensure data integrity.
- Performance Reporting: Generate actionable weekly and monthly performance dashboards highlighting key metrics (CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI) and providing clear "next steps" recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 7+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing medium-to-large scale Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn) accounts.
- Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Manager (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads Manager is non-negotiable.
- Data Literacy: Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Technical Savvy: Solid understanding of tracking pixels, tag management (GTM), attribution modelling, and standard conversion tracking setups.
- Mindset: A meticulous eye for detail. You are someone who genuinely enjoys structural account hygiene, rigorous testing, and data-driven problem-solving.
