My Best Me Early Learning Academy is seeking an experienced Assistant Director (2IC) to work closely with the Centre Director across operations, rostering, budgets and compliance. The role is a stepping stone to Centre Director with hands-on exposure while the director is present.
You'll lead a passionate team and build strong relationships with families, guiding continuous improvement and ensuring high quality early childhood education. The role is based at Sans Souci, NSW.
