THE ROLE:
- Reporting to an experienced team you will own a portfolio of established clients and be their go-to person for day-to-day financial administration.
- Full cycle bookkeeping including bank reconciliations, AP and AR
- Payroll processing, superannuation and STP reporting
- BAS and IAS preparation and review
- Month end close and management reporting for clients
- Training and supporting junior bookkeepers as the team grows
- Working with the accountants to keep client files accurate and on time
THE INDIVIDUAL:
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting, or higher
- Strong bookkeeping experience, ideally within a public practice environment
- Advanced working knowledge of Xero and MYOB
- Confident communicator who can manage clients directly
- Detail focused, self-driven and comfortable managing competing deadlines
