Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent on similar large-scale construction projects
- Strong background in civil, structural, mechanical, or multi-disciplinary construction
- Proven ability to manage schedules, teams, subcontractors, and technical deliverables
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and daily site operations
- Oversee construction of the fuel truck apron, warehouse, utility systems, drainage, security lighting, and associated civil works
- Ensure compliance with PACAF, RAAF, UFC/UFGS, safety, and contract standards
- Coordinate with QC, safety, engineering, and subcontractor teams
- Maintain project budget, track progress, and report to management
