Mutual Trust is seeking a senior lawyer to lead governance and legal advisory across Native Title trusts and other fiduciary appointments. You will advise on trust deeds, governing instruments and fiduciary obligations, while collaborating with Indigenous Trusts, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams, and a broader family office.
You will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversee complex trustee decisions with a focus on beneficiary interests and compliant practice.
