Club Manager Mullaloo surf lifesaving club
Reporting to the Chairman and Board of Directors, the Club Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operations of the Club. The Club Manager works closely with the Board, General Managers, Managers, employees and volunteers to ensure the efficient delivery of Club services, sound governance practices and a positive experience for members and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the Club's daily operations and administration.
- Supporting the Board and Management Team in delivering strategic and operational objectives.
- Coordinating governance, compliance and reporting requirements.
- Managing staff and supporting volunteers across all areas of the Club.
- Overseeing facility maintenance and contractor relationships.
- Assisting with budgeting, financial administration and grant opportunities.
- Supporting sponsorships, partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
- Driving process improvements and organisational initiatives.

- Experience in club, association, community, sporting or not-for-profit management.
- Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills.
- Experience working with volunteers, committees or boards.
- Sound financial and business administration skills.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
