Mulgowie Farming Company is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to take ownership of daily farm operations across the Bowen area. Reporting to the Farm Operations Manager, this is a leadership role at the top of our farm management structure, accountable for delivering quality, yield and safety standards.
The successful candidate will lead cross-farm activities, manage budgets and fill the deputy role to ensure continuity of operations while driving continuous improvement and commercial success.
