About the role
We are looking fora highly skilled and energetic Sales Associate's to joinour high-performing Mulberry team in
David Jones and QVB in Sydney.
The successful candidates
- Will provide every customer with an exceptionalcustomer service experience
- Consistently striveto overachieve in set sales budgets and KPIs
- Useproduct knowledge to maximise and drive sales
- Engage, developand maintainkey relationships with the core luxury consumer whilst building a strong CRM network
- Are ambassadors for the Mulberry brand and demonstratepassion in all aspects of their role
- Ensure VM presentation standards meet company requirements and reflect the brand
- Ensurehousekeeping standards are maintained to a high standard
