We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Part-time Retail Sales Assistant (22.5 hours per week) to join our team at MUJI Chatswood Concourse. As a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services.
- Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal.
- Assist with the regular replenishment of stock.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security, and loss prevention.

Experience
- Experience in a similar retail environment and/or fast-paced retail store environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock.
- Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including deliveries (7am), late night trade (10pm), weekends and public holidays.
