MUJI Retail Australia are looking for Supervisors in Training to join our teams in Victoria (Emporium, Chadstone, Knox, and Highpoint). As a Supervisor in Training, your core responsibilities will be to:

• Deliver warm, thoughtful service that helps customers find what they need and discover what they love.
• Guide and support the team on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Work closely with your team and leaders to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Create beautiful functional spaces and promote visual merchandising aligned with MUJI's simplicity and minimalist ethos.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for smooth functioning of the store.
• Contribute to creating a positive working environment through effective communication and teamwork.

Important Note: Your primary place of work during your initial training period will be MUJI Chadstone or MUJI Highpoint for approximately 6 months. Following the successful completion of your training, your ongoing primary place of work will be assigned based on business needs.
