- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain supplier accounts and records
- Assist with weekly payment runs
- Manage supplier queries and account enquiries
- Process company credit card reconciliations
- Support month end finance activities
- Assist with finance projects and administration tasks as required
