MTData is seeking an Application Support Analyst to be the go‐to contact between our technical and field services teams and external customers. You will deliver expert support to keep systems running smoothly, including root cause analysis, performance monitoring, and assisting during patches or upgrades.
You will also help develop documentation, train new customers, and provide timely updates while coordinating field technicians and ensuring client satisfaction across rotating shifts.
