Production Operator – 12-Hour Rotating Roster
- 2 Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 2 Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 4 Days Off
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging, lifting, and carrying products (<12kg>
- Cleaning machines and maintaining factory floor hygiene
- Performing packaging adjustments to meet quality standards
- Identifying and reporting product defects (e.g., short shots, bubbles)
- Ensuring machines run at correct cycle times
- Following quality procedures and supervisor instructions

- Reporting product and machine quality issues
- Maintaining machine cycle times, especially ovens
- Following quality procedures and supervisor labour allocations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 20kg safely
- Familiarity with general hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must have full working rights in Australia
