MTC FutureReady invites an experienced Instructional Designer to join the Education & Training team on a permanent basis. You will design and develop compliant training and assessment resources for accredited and non-accredited programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements while supporting staff development.
Working with trainers, learners and SMEs, you will create engaging resources for diverse learners, participate in validation, and deliver coaching to teaching staff.
