MTC FutureReady is seeking a Community Advocate to join the Employment Services team in Liverpool NSW for a 6 month full-time contract.
You will build networks with local community organisations and support services to provide tailored assistance to IEA participants and address non-vocational barriers to sustainable employment.
You will promote inclusive employment, collaborate with referral partners, and facilitate workshops while tracking progress and referring participants to appropriate services.
