- Translate operational and technology needs into actionable delivery plans
- Uplift capability across BA, PM, Change, Architecture and IT teams
- Build a high‐performance culture with internal teams and external partners
Who You Are
- ✔ 15+ years leading large‐scale IT delivery programs
- ✔ Depth across agile delivery, change, BA, PM and multi‐stream program leadership
- ✔ Experience operating at executive level with strong commercial & vendor management
- ✔ A talent for simplifying complexity and making fast, informed decisions
- ✔ A steady, principled leadership style grounded in integrity and accountability
- ✔ Relevant tertiary qualifications; architecture/solutions experience beneficial
