About the role:
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer-focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for patient minding duties
- Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
- Respond to aggression and emergency incidents, including restraints
- Act as a customer service ambassador for both our customers and healthcare staff
- Ensure the personal safety of staff, visitors, and property
Skills & Experience:
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current Working with Children’s Clearance
- Current SA Security License and Driver’s license
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated
- Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia.
