We are looking for Security officers to join our high performing team to work onsite Defence bases. This position plays a critical role in protecting Defence personnel, assets, and infrastructure through proactive patrols, access management, and strong on - site presence.

Your duties typically will involve -
Duties:
Access Control- Monitoring entry and exit points to ensure only authorised personnel are permitted on site.
Foot Patrols- Conducting regular patrols to maintain situational awareness and deter potential threats.
Stakeholder Liaison- Building rapport with Defence personnel, contractors, and visitors while delivering a strong security presence.
Incident Response- Reacting promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious behaviour.
Compliance Monitoring- Ensuring site protocols and Defence security procedures are always followed.
Reporting & Documentation- Accurately recording incidents, shift activities and observations in accordance with site requirements.
