MSS Security is seeking a Rostering Coordinator (Service Delivery Coordinator) to support a portfolio of clients by fulfilling rosters, conducting welfare calls, and delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
Please note that this is an after-hours opportunity with shifts 6pm to 6am, across weekdays and weekends, based in our Parramatta office.
The ideal candidate will have:
- rostering experience
- administration or call centre experience
- strong communication skills
- the ability to work independently
