MSS Security is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Receptionist to join our team at our Research Centre located in Bundoora. This is a Monday to Friday position, where you will be a key part of the front‑line security presence, creating a positive first impression while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Welcoming visitors and managing sign‑in and sign‑out procedures
- Issuing access passes and assisting with site access requirements
- Monitoring CCTV footage and reporting any incidents or concerns when required
- Providing a high level of customer service while maintaining site security standards
Requirements:
- Full Australian Working Rights
- A valid Victorian Security License (Control Room License preferred but not essential)
- First Aid & CPR (Or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors
- Previous experience in a security, reception, administration, or customer service role is highly regarded
- Basic computer skills with the ability to use email and general computer systems confidently
