The Role
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed condition reports
- Oversee maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeople and contractors
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Handle tenant negotiations and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships
- Attend NCAT/tribunal hearings as required
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required
- Liaise closely with the leasing, admin and accounts teams to ensure smooth portfolio management
- Deliver regular landlord reporting and portfolio updates
- Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant tenancy legislation
