MSM Milling is a 100% Australian-owned company producing quality canola oil and stockfeeds for customers across Australia and overseas. About the Role
As a Packing Operator, you’ll be part of a small team responsible for packing our oil products and supporting general warehouse activities. You’ll receive training and guidance, while also having the opportunity to build on any previous experience you bring.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating equipment to pack oil into steel drums, Bag-in-Box (BIB), and PET bottles
- Completing basic production records and following instructions from your Supervisor
- Working safely and following quality and hygiene standards
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
- Keeping equipment and work areas clean and well maintained
- Communicating with team members and Supervisors to keep operations running smoothly
- Assisting with general warehouse and packing tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team
- Previous experience in a production, packing or warehouse environment is highly regarded, but not essential
- Forklift licence (helpful but not essential)
