Mouse Soft is seeking a Client Success Lead responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the journey with Mouse Soft. The role leads the Client Success team and owns onboarding, implementation excellence, retention, account management and continuous improvement.
The position collaborates with Sales, Product, Delivery, QA, Engineering and Finance to report KPIs and drive customer health initiatives. Excellent English and SaaS/healthcare software familiarity are preferred.
