Crystal Car Wash, operated by MS BHATTI PTY LTD, is seeking an experienced, dedicated and motivated Retail Manager to join our team in Rose Bay, Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily business operations, supervising employees, maintaining high customer service standards, overseeing financial and operational performance, and supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, organise and manage the daily operations of the car wash business.
- Plan and coordinate advertising, promotional campaigns, customer loyalty initiatives and other marketing activities to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Supervise, recruit, train and manage employees, including staff rostering and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service standards.
- Manage business budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and support profitability.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, monitor revenue and expenditure, review financial performance and implement measures to improve business profitability.
- Oversee customer service operations, resolve complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional activities and customer retention initiatives.
- Coordinate purchasing, inventory management and supplier relationships.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Maintain business records, operational reports and administrative documentation.
- Establish and monitor customer service policies, manage complaints and implement improvements to service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
About you:
- An AQF Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Management or a relevant discipline, or substantial relevant management experience.
- Previous experience managing a retail, automotive service and/or car wash or comparable customer-facing business.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in staff supervision, budgeting and customer service management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy business environment.
Employment details:
- Competitive annual salary of AUD $95,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation.
- Full-time employment, 38 hours per week.
