Our client, a well-regarded Sydney law firm, is continuing to grow and is looking to add an experienced Associate to its high-performing Commercial Law practice. The firm has established a strong reputation for high-quality, commercially focused legal work, acting for a broad range of business owners, companies, investors, developers, and private clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced senior practitioner whose practice has a strong focus on M&A, business acquisitions and disposals, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts, and property matters, including commercial leasing. The firm offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior practitioners on complex matters, while benefiting from the greater responsibility, client exposure, and hands-on experience that a boutique environment provides.

About you:
