Mr Crackle on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Hospitality Manager to lead, train and roster a busy team in a quick-serve carvery. You will run fast, friendly service, especially through the lunch rush, manage stock and assist BOH occasionally with food prep and portion control.
You'll keep labour costs on target, uphold food safety and cleaning standards, and enjoy growth opportunities as the brand opens a second store.
