Key responsibilities
- Mopping and maintaining floors in common areas
- Vacuuming carpets and shared spaces
- Cleaning glass windows, doors and glass railings
- Cleaning bathrooms and amenities
- House washing and exterior cleaning
- General strata and property maintenance cleaning
- Some properties require bins to be taken in and out
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and presentable environment across residential and commercial properties
About you
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently
- Detail-oriented with pride in their work
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning tasks
- Willing to travel to different job locations around Sydney
- Experienced in commercial or strata cleaning (preferred, but not essential)
- A friendly, family-owned business environment
- All cleaning equipment provided
- Two days per week to start, with 8-hour each day, which includes travel time between jobs
- Work across a variety of residential and commercial properties
- An opportunity to grow with the evolving business
- Increase earnings overtime
