We are seeking reliable Production Operators. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or a similar production environment.
- Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts
- Morning and Night shifts available
- $39.07 to $48.45 per hour + Super
- Ongoing casual position
- Full training provided
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Prepare, weigh and handle materials according to production requirements
- Follow batch instructions, GMP, safety and quality procedures
- Perform in-process quality checks and complete production documentation
- Monitor production processes and report any equipment or quality issues
- Maintain clean and hygienic production areas and equipment
- Work with the production team to meet daily targets while maintaining quality standards
About You
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or production is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of quality, safety and hygiene requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Able to follow detailed procedures and production instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive and manual tasks
