All-Round Rover / Warehouse Operations Team

From our facilities in Cunderdin, Belmont and Melton, we manufacture and distribute the Manta range of performance exhaust systems throughout Australia and the world.
As our business experiences continued growth, we are seeking assistance at our Melton Warehouse in Victoria.

What are we looking for?
An experienced Warehouse All-Rounder who is energetic, has a high level of attention to detail and thrives in a Team environment.
A reliable Team member who will provide flexible support across various warehouse functions as directed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will primarily be bolstering the capabilities of the Dispatcher & Stock Controller.
Qualifications & experience
Relevant warehouse experience essential, including dispatch and stock control.
Current LF - Forklift licence preferred.
Ability to lift 15 - 25kg when required.
Good organisational and time management skills showing attention to detail.
Proficiency in inventory software & associated warehouse systems is desirable.
Tasks & responsibilities
Support the Stock Controller in managing inventory, receiving goods, stock cycle counts and other related tasks.
Aid the Dispatch team in picking, packing, and dispatching orders as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the warehouse except the dispatch area.
Deliver and pickup crates between Melton Warehouse and Melton Factory as required.
Maintain adequate supply levels at workstations and refill stock during quieter periods. Report stock outs on anything that requires ordering.
Provide excellent customer service with customers and freight company staff.
Maintain a high level of communication with other departments and staff.
Other responsibilities include:
Maintain a clean, well-stocked and organised dispatch area to support smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure returns and Inwards goods are processed daily.
Report any stock discrepancies.
Operating and maintaining warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Following quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
