MPAU Technology is partnering with a leading healthcare organisation in Victoria to hire a Training Specialist who will design, develop and deliver end-to-end training for SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro. The role focuses on end-user readiness, capability uplift and successful adoption across a diverse workforce during a major HR transformation.
You will conduct training needs analyses, create reference guides, e-learning modules and job aids, deliver instructor-led, virtual and blended programs.
