Description
- As the Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and compliance.
- Conduct GMP and hygiene inspections across the site.
- Perform quality checks and product verification activities.
- Support HACCP, BRC and food safety programs.
- Assist with internal audits and compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to drive quality outcomes.
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Profile
- Previous QA experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, bakery, or food processing environments.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships on site.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline is advantageous.
