Moxy Sydney Airport is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across the hotel, including outlets such as Moxy Bar & Kitchen, Little Baxter, and Pick Ups, and to oversee five Conference & Events Spaces.
You will inspire a high-performing team, drive revenue, ensure food safety and brand standards, manage costs, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to maximise guest engagement.
