Move2Perform Physiotherapy is a growing private MSK practice in Penrith. We are hiring an

experienced physiotherapist on a casual basis.

This role suits a confident clinician who wants real clinical autonomy, a varied caseload, and the support of a capable team. If you value clinical autonomy, reliable admin support and the time to give each patient the attention they need, we’d love to hear from you.

The role at a glance

• Casual, $50 - $55 per hour based on experience
• Minimum 3 shifts per week, chosen from Monday to Friday with the optional weekend work
• Caseload spans private, WorkCover, CTP, Aged Care, and NDIS
• Mix of paediatric and adult MSK presentations

The clinician we want

• 3 years or more of MSK physio experience
• Confident running a private caseload without hand-holding
• Strong clinical reasoning and clean, useful documentation
• Communicates well with clients, GPs, insurers, and case managers
• Brings a steady, professional presence to the room and the team

Helpful but not essential

• Experience with WorkCover and CTP claims
• Experience with NDIS or Aged Care clients
• SIRA number, or eligibility to obtain one
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Check, or willingness to obtain
